FAQ
Questions, answered.
How does UNBLANK Studio work?
Type a description of anything — a logo, lettering, a full illustration — and Studio draws it onto a live preview of your chosen tee. Not right first time? Tell it what to change. You get up to 8 versions per design session.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG and we'll place it on the garment with a live preview. For best results upload at least 4000px on the longest side for large prints. We'll warn you if your file's resolution is too low for a sharp print.
Can I show you a design I like and get something similar?
Yes — choose “Inspire” in Studio, upload the reference, and describe what you want (“like this but with my dog”, “this style of lettering saying LUNA”). Studio creates an original design in that direction. We can't copy copyrighted artwork, characters or brands — Studio makes something new that's yours.
Who owns my design?
You do, for personal use — full details in our Terms. We only use your design to print your order. We'll never sell your design or print it for someone else, and we only showcase customer designs with permission.
What can't I print?
Trademarked logos and brands, copyrighted characters, hate content, and anything on the prohibited list in our Terms. Studio checks designs automatically and our team reviews flagged orders.
What are the print options and sizes?
Front or back placement. Small logo print (up to 10×10cm, chest or upper back) or large print (up to 40cm wide × 50cm tall). One placement per garment at launch.
How long does delivery take?
Order by 11am and your garment is printed within 2 working days (orders after 11am start the clock the next working day). Choose Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — and it's typically at your door within 3 working days of ordering. Standard (Tracked 48) costs a little less and typically arrives in 4–5 working days.
What's your returns policy?
Because every item is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — this is standard for custom goods under UK regulations. But if your print arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint and reship free, no quibbles.
Will the print crack or fade?
No vinyl, no transfers. Kornit digital printing bonds water-based ink into the cotton. Wash inside-out at 30° and it'll stay sharp for years.
What are the tees actually like?
Premium ringspun combed cotton blanks from a leading European wholesaler, chosen per fit — from a soft 150gsm CLASSIC to a structured 240gsm BOXY. Full fabric specs on each product page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
UK only for now. International is coming — join the list and we'll tell you when.
Is the printing sustainable?
Genuinely, and we can back it up. Made to order means nothing is printed unless it's sold — no bulk runs, no deadstock, no landfill of unsold designs. Our UK print partner uses Kornit digital printing with water-based NeoPigment inks: certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, approved for GOTS organic textiles, free of animal by-products, with a process that uses around 95% less water and roughly half the energy of conventional printing and produces zero wastewater. Everything ships in recyclable packaging from a UK facility, so there's no air-freighting garments across the planet. Garment-level certifications are listed on each product page.
